I cannot say enough amazing things about this office. Every single person from start to finish was amazing. I am so happy i switched to Heale Medical for my primary care! It is so hard finding a doctor that makes you feel heard and understood, but Heale Medical Primary Care did that for me

10/10 experience!! I recently had to find a new primary care doctor and I found Dr. Sarah Park on Zoc Doc. She made me feel comfortable, and showed she really cared about my health and concerns. My appointment was also quick very quick which is a plus! I definitely would recommend her to anyone looking for a doctor who truly cares about their patients!

Wait times are short, complimentary coffee and water, and it’s never crowded. Everything is super clean and the environment is so calm. I’m a very happy patient so far!

Dr. Mian was absolutely amazing! She was so through and patient. She really took the time to get to know me, my history, and was a pleasure to be around over all. Emily was the PA and she was so sweet. I was grinning from ear to ear the entire time. The office is beautiful and well equipped. Excited to establish Dr. Mian as my PCP.

Starting from just walking in, the place was very well kept, and Georgine who ran the front desk was very efficient in making sure things ran smoothly and what needed to be, was properly communicated to the respective doctor! Dr. Mian was such a delight to have entered quite diligently in the waiting room, being very respectful of everyone’s time and very informative to any questions or concerns I had! No lack of knowledge here, and definitely by no means will you get a faulty evaluation due to all their up to date technology just making the visit all that much more efficient and stress alleviating!! 100/10 DEFINITELY recommend!!

From the woman that received me at the door, to Dr. Sarah Park, to the woman who took my blood my experience was the most pleasant, warm, and comfortable (yet still efficient and knowledgeable) I have ever felt when visiting a GP or any medical practice for that matter. Dr. Park’s bedside manner was one of a doctor who really listened and spent time with me in such a way that she far exceeded my expectations. Her office is well run but in a manner in which you aren’t just a number or a dollar sign, you are a human being they want to get to know to better understand your needs. This type of care paired with expertise is rare in northern Virginia so I appreciated their care, knowledge, and efficacy.

I had a great first visit. The waiting area is calm, the check in process was easy and my appointment started right on time.

Dr Park asked me about my hopes and health goals and asked focused follow up questions about my health history and lifestyle. She was interested in what I’m already doing and offered a few specific suggestions that I can begin to implement right away, while she pulls together more data in preparation for my one month follow up consultation.

It’s refreshing to find a physician who acknowledges the progress I’ve made and wants to work with me to guide me toward additional changes to become even healthier.

It was my first time at Heale Medical Primary Care and the entire experience was very pleasant. Dr. Park was able to provide knowledgeable insight/solutions to my concerns and I felt extremely comfortable (almost as if I was talking to a friend) telling her about some private medical history I don’t usually feel comfortable sharing with strangers. Georgine in the front desk answered all of my questions regarding insurance/scheduling appointments politely and was very hospitable. Hands down one of the best doctor’s experiences I have ever had. Thank you! Georgine works at the front desk and was fantastic. After filling out my paper work, I did a 3D body scan. It was kind of surreal to see a 3D rendering of you. They use it as a dashboard to support getting you healthy. Dr. Mian is first rate. She has many years of experience and brings it to this practice. I appreciated her honesty and thoroughly answering my many questions. I highly recommend Heale Medical Primary Care.

I went for my first visit with Dr. Sarah Park and she was attentive, thorough, and understanding. Sometimes when I go for doctor’s visits, I feel rushed and unheard. However, Dr. Park really took the time to have a conversation and listen to my experiences before providing her medical input. Georgine was also a key factor in making me feel comfortable. She explained parts of the appointment, such as the 3D Fit Assessment, in depth. This made me feel informed about what was happening and eased my comfort.

The office is so calming and staff are wonderful. Doc. Ng is so awesome. She really cares about her patients. I’m so thankful to have found her.

Dr. Sarah Park was absolutely the best. My first visit there I did not feel rushed. Front desk Georgine was the sweetest. I appreciate the office being so clean and provide refreshments and snacks. The office is very aesthetic too. During my visit Dr. Park was very attentive, caring, and very empathetic. I appreciated she listened to everything I said and provided her best medical advice. As a patient I feel reassured that I am in good hands!

Great experience. This was my first visit on new insurance after going to an HMO my entire life so it was definitely a new experience for me. The team at Heale Medical made me feel welcome; they answered all of my questions and made things very easy and simple. There were also no long wait times which I am used to – I was in and out for my physical in less than 45 minutes.
